Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the product tags intact. Orders that have already been exchanged are not eligible for a return or refund.

Once your return request is acknowledged, you will have to send the item back to us through a reputed courier service and share the tracking details with us. 

Once we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions mentioned above.

For exchanges: Once the returned item passes our inspection, we will process the exchange and ship the requested size to you, subject to availability at the time we receive the return package. Please note that the exchange piece will be sent only after we receive and approve the returned item.

For refunds: Once the returned item passes our inspection, we will initiate the refund. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. The required bank details must be entered on our return portal while initiating the return. For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method used for the purchase.
